With nearly 20 years in the recruitment industry, I started as a Recruitment Consultant before quickly moving into on-site operational roles. After successfully managing peak periods on-site, I progressed to a Regional Manager position, overseeing large labour user accounts across the Midlands.
During my operational career, my passion for compliance became increasingly clear. This led me to focus on managing compliance for a major recruitment business, eventually overseeing supply chain compliance for both labour providers and labour users. Through this experience, I gained a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face in navigating constantly evolving regulations.
I noticed a common challenge—many businesses struggle to implement effective compliance measures without disrupting their operations. That insight inspired my mission: to make compliance simpler, more accessible, and easier to integrate.
