For services provided by Ethiko, including, but not limited to, Compliance, Inspection, Audits, Supplier Verification and Assurance processes, Ethiko collects information about you where required to enable the delivery of service and as required by accreditation bodies and/or standards and scheme owners.
For Marketing and client purposes, Ethiko uses its legitimate business interests in processing your personal details in order to maintain and enhance existing and ongoing client relationships it has with you and your organisation, this may include approaching you for real time feedback on our services, research/surveys on current offering.
We may also process your personal data in accordance with our legitimate business interests; this is on the considered measure that we need the personal data to achieve the various purposes and that it could be reasonable for an individual to expect their data to be used for those purposes.
Why does Ethiko collect personal information?
Ethiko Ltd needs to know basic personal information about you in order to respond to requests you make to us and to provide you with information relating to our services (such as newsletters, industry updates, information about our services, event invitations, surveys, market research etc.) which either you have consented to receive (by indicating in the appropriate tick box) or which relates to Ethiko's services which we believe may be of interests to you and/or you currently receive under our legitimate interest to conduct business.
